Day 1: Small Circuit Temple Tour
After breakfast, we pick you up at your hotel for the start of the tour. Today we visit the world famous Angkor Wat, the ancient city of Angkor Thom, Thommanom Temple, Chau Say Thevoda Temple, Ta Keo Temple, the jungle monastic complex of Ta Prohm, the Buddhist monastery of Banteay Kdei, and finish by climbing the mountain temple of Phnom Bakheng for a beautiful sunset. Then return to your hotel.
Day 2: Grand Circuit Temple Tour
Leaving your hotel in the morning, we head for Banteay Srei, one of the most beautiful of all the Angkorian temples. The name loosely translates as "citadel of women." We then return to the Grand Circuit and explore Pre Rup Temple, the East Mebon in the Eastern Baray, Ta Som Temple, and Neak Pean Temple. The last stop on the tour is the huge Preah Khan Temple. We then return to your hotel.
Day 3: Floating Forest
In the morning we drive about 30 minutes to Tonle Sap Lake. We then take a boat trip on the lake for an hour and half to the fishing village of Kompong Pleuk with houses on long stilts. Here we can explore the flooded forest in small boats. After lunch, we visit the village and learn about the life of people who fish for a living. We return to your hotel in the late afternoon.
